Course Description

The Human Rights Workshop explores basic human rights concepts such as discrimination, harassment, accommodation, and reprisal under Ontario’s Human Rights Code.  The  course is primarily geared to human rights in the employment context and examines workers rights and employers obligations in the context of real life situations that frequently arise in the workplace.  This Course is essential for anyone who is considering whether or not to file a human rights Application at the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario (HRTO).

Location

Courses are held approximately once per month at Franklin Law’s office and in other areas across the Greater Toronto Area.  Light refreshments are served.
