Course Description
This course is part of Franklin Law’s Employees First series of courses and workshops.
The Sexual Harassment in the Workplace Course will provide employees and other workers with an overview of the legal protections and avenues for recourse available to workers who have experienced sexual harassment and assault at work. Participants will review applicable statutes, definitions and types of sexual harassment, employer obligations, and suggested steps for workers looking to hold employers accountable. This course will focus on human rights law and occupational health and safety law; it will not cover civil litigation or criminal law.
