Eric Tweel

Lawyer | Notary Public | Worker

Eric is a lawyer at Franklin Law. He consults with employees and other workers and assists with the firm’s employment, human rights, and labour law cases.

While studying at UBC law school, Eric worked as an organizer for a Union representing workers in the restaurant and hospitality sectors. He also supported the human rights research of Michael Lynk, UN Special Rapporteur on the Occupied Palestinian Territories.

After graduating, Eric articled and practiced in-house for a large public sector Union in Ontario. He then went on to develop his own independent practice in employment law, family law, and civil litigation.

Eric is very happy to be working with the team at Franklin Law to assist all of the employees and other workers who come to us for support.
