An employer dismissed a 61 year old Account Payable Clerk after 6.5 years of employment and only provided her with 1 month’s worth of wages. After hearing the case, the Adjudicator concluded that she had been unjustly dismissed and provided her with 12 month’s worth of wages, her RRSP contributions, her bonus and reimbursement for her legal fees.
