Intended Use

This Video and Tool kit is specifically designed for provincially regulated employees in Ontario who have already received a severance package offer from their employers.  It is not meant to be used by employees who have not received a severance package offer.

By using this Video and Tool Kit which forms part of Franklin Law’s Severance Package Self-Help Guide (“the Video and Tool Kit”), you agree to be bound by the current version of the terms of use provided below, or any amendments made to them from time to time.

Copyright and use of materials

All materials included in the Tool Kit are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws, and are the property of Franklin Law unless otherwise noted.  Any material in the Tool Kit can be downloaded and printed in their entirety for non-commercial or educational use. Nothing in the Tool Kit may be, in whole or in part, sold or otherwise transmitted in any form or by any means for commercial purposes.

Entire agreement

This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Franklin Law with respect to the use of the Video and Tool Kit.
